Tell JD Properties Corp which open space you want. Next you sign the agreement and pay. Gate access follows a signed agreement and verified payment.

Interac e-Transfer
Rent only. No fee.
  • This is the default way to pay.
  • Send the rent only. No fee is added.

Credit card
Rent plus a separate Card processing fee.
  • This website does not take credit cards and has no card checkout.
  • The card path is a QuickBooks invoice Pay Now link, once QuickBooks Payments is enabled.
  • The invoice is regular rent plus a separate disclosed Card processing fee that covers Intuit’s fee (2.9% + $0.25 CAD).
  • The fee is shown on the invoice before you pay.

JD Properties never absorbs processor fees. The fee is always passed to the customer on top of regular rent. The same rule applies if another processor is used later.

Prices for Parking 10. 12 months prepaid is 10% off; month to month has no discount.

Vehicle required

Enter the vehicle type, licence plate and VIN or serial number for parking. All three are required for our records.

This form does not take payment and does not grant access. Interac e-Transfer is the rent only, with no fee, sent to jdpropertiescorp@gmail.com.
