Rent plus a separate Card processing fee.
  • This website does not take credit cards and has no card checkout.
  • The card path is a QuickBooks invoice Pay Now link, once QuickBooks Payments is enabled.
  • The invoice is regular rent plus a separate disclosed Card processing fee that covers Intuit’s fee (2.9% + $0.25 CAD).
  • The fee is shown on the invoice before you pay.

JD Properties never absorbs processor fees. The fee is always passed to the customer on top of regular rent. The same rule applies if another processor is used later.
